The Community is overseen by the DistriPress Advisory Board (DAB), which is elected by the members every two years. The DAB is made up of 9 individuals who work for member companies across the member types. The DAB appoints a President and Vice President for the duration of the term. The DAB is responsible for the members’ interests and meets at least four times a year to review the operational and strategic deliverables of the Community.
The WAN-IFRA Supervisory Board, comprising representatives of national publishers associations and media companies’ top management, steers WAN-IFRA’s work and strategic orientations. The President and Vice President of the DAB sit as members of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is supported by the Executive Board, Advisory Boards and Regional Committees representing the various member communities of the organisation. The Advisory Boards are consultative bodies that define the priorities of the association’s work. The Executive Board, a smaller group of Supervisory Board members including the President of DistriPress, mentors the senior management.
