Meeting format
A table is provided for each UK publisher, distributor and ancillary service provider, where they can have their meetings. A list of delegates will be circulated around early November with contact details. Each delegate schedules their own meetings with other delegates.
Duration for each meeting
Each meeting can run at any length that suits you best, from 15 minutes to an hour. Lunch will be served at 1.00 pm. All meetings must be ended by 4.30 pm.

Ticket price
The price per delegate is £150.00, plus 20% UK VAT, for a total of £180.00, which includes lunch. Invoices and payments for the event will be processed through ACE.
Cocktail party is not part of the programme
